Melanie Murphy Richter is an award-winning Registered Dietitian and communications leader with a Master's in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity. As L-Nutra's Director of Communications, she bridges scientific rigor with human connection, translating complex longevity research into accessible, evidence-based nutrition strategies that empower people to take charge of their health.
Melanie also serves as a graduate instructor in Nutrition Physiology through the Lifespan at the University of California, Irvine, where she mentors future healthcare professionals in applying nutrition science to optimize healthspan.
Guided by a passion for holistic healing, she founded Wholistic Ritual, a science-backed functional nutrition and integrative medicine practice that blends modern research with ancient healing traditions.
