Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes.
- Cut each sweet potato into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato)
- Season the Wedges:
