Each day of the Prolon fast is carefully formulated to activate your body's natural cell-rejuvenating processes. The five days build upon one another to trigger the various stages of fasting that contribute to cellular renewal, so each day has its own unique and important role in that process.
Typically by day 2 the body enters ketosis, burning fat for fuel, and by day 3, autophagy kicks in.
