Do you ship ProLon outside of the US?
In addition to US shipping, we ship to Canada: prolonfast.ca, certain countries in the Europe: prolon.eu, ProLon in Australia: prolon.com.au and in the UAE: prolon.ae. We don't ship to any countries outside of these listed countries at the moment.
Can I take an Epsom salt bath?
An Epsom salt bath is ok, however the temperature must be lukewarm, as hot baths during ProLon can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure
ProLon and over the counter (OTC) Antihistamines
This has not been formally studied, but non-drowsy allergy medications do not appear to interact with the fasting pathways, but as with all medication use, we recommend discussing any specific concerns with your healthcare provider.
Can I get an enema during the program?
The impact of enemas was not evaluated during ProLon clinical trials. While we cannot provide medical advice, and you should seek the advice of a healthcare provider, we do not recommend getting an enema during or immediately after ProLon.
What can I do to Help Bowel Movements? Can I use Stool Softeners (like Senna or Smooth Move Tea) while on the program?
