Just 24 hours to go, and you’re there! With four days down, you’ve already accomplished so much. Autophagy is in full motion, and many participants experience what’s known as "keto-euphoria,” a phase where positive effects of the fast, such as increased mental clarity, focus, energy, and vitality, may start to emerge. For many, hunger diminishes, and the fast's benefits become more noticeable. If you're not feeling these effects yet, however, don’t worry—they're on their way.

Tips For A Successful Day 4:

  • Exercise With Care: While staying active is important, remember to take it easy as you get closer to finishing your fast. Once Day 6 and 7 arrive, you can reintroduce light activities, but for now, remember to keep things gentle even if you’re feeling more energized.
  • Plan Your Post-Fast Routine: Now is a great time to start thinking about your post-fast food plan. On Day 6, we suggest beginning with small, light meals like the Fasting Shake, Fasting Bar, or chocolate L-Spread on toast. You can gradually reintroduce more food from there, but planning ahead will give you time to prep your light meals tomorrow on Day 5.
