What Can I Expect?
Making it through the 5-Day program is a major achievement, and you totally crushed it! You showed true dedication to your health, and we couldn’t be more excited for you to take the next step to improved longevity. Day 6 is a refueling day and a chance to ease back into your routine while initiating some healthy habits. And even though your FMD is over, the benefits of autophagy continue within your body. Sit back and relish as your cells rejuvenate and repair well into Day 7!
Tips for a Successful Day 6
- Gently nourish your body: Go slow. Start with small, easy-to-digest foods, and chew your food well. You can gradually increase your meal portions over the next couple of days. Our favorite tip is to refuel with our L-Protein which is high in plant-based protein, vitamins and minerals and is easy to digest.
- Share your success: Whether with loved ones or the Prolon Fastination Facebook community, your success deserves to be shared. Never underestimate how inspiring you are to the people around you. You may inspire someone to fast with you next time!
